What You’ll Need:
•16 fl oz Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
•¼ cup Raw Local Honey (optional, for sweetness)
•1 Quart-size glass jar with a lid
•Parchment paper (only if using a metal lid)
•Long-handled spoon
•Mesh strainer or cheesecloth (for straining)
•Large glass bowl
•16 fl oz glass bottle or jar (for finished product)

Ingredients:
•Fire Elixir Fusion Tea Blend (use 1/8 cup for standard, up to 1/4 cup for stronger spice)

Instructions:
1.Add Herbs:
Place 1/8 to 1/4 cup of the Fire Elixir Fusion dry blend into your clean quart jar.

2.Pour the Vinegar:
Fill the jar with apple cider vinegar, making sure all herbs are fully submerged. Use your spoon to gently press everything down.

3.Seal the Jar:
If you’re using a metal lid, place a piece of parchment paper between the jar and the lid to prevent rust. Seal tightly and give it a good shake.

4.Infuse with Intention:
Let your infusion sit in a dark place. Shake it daily.
•Mild heat? Check after 2 weeks.
•Bold heat? Let it go 4 weeks or longer. The longer it sits, the spicier it gets!

5.Strain:
Once it’s reached your desired heat, strain the liquid into a bowl using a mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Press or squeeze to get every drop.

6.Sweeten (Optional):
Stir in ¼ cup raw honey (or more to taste) if you want to balance the heat with some sweetness.

7.Bottle It Up:
Pour your finished elixir into a clean 16 oz jar. Label and date it.

8.Storage & Use:
Keep it in a dark, cool cabinet. Shake before each use.
