Refund Policy

At Ki Khemia Undivided Wellness, we take pride in the care and intention put into each product. Due to the nature of our items—many of which are handcrafted, perishable, or made-to-order—we maintain the following refund and return policy.

 


Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• opened or used items

• loose herbs, teas, powders, or sea moss products

• custom blends or made-to-order items

• sale or discounted items

• digital downloads or herbal education content

 


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kikhemia.com with:

• your order number

• photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• a brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 


Lost Packages

Ki Khemia is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your order is lost in transit or incorrectly marked delivered, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim. We will do our best to assist where possible.
