Thank you for supporting Ki Khemia Undivided Wellness. We are honored to carefully prepare and ship your herbal wellness products with intention and care.

 


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note:

• processing time is separate from shipping time

• custom items, tea blends, or large orders may take longer to prepare

• you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States using USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Local pickup or delivery may be available in select areas of New Hampshire & Massachusetts Please choose "Local pick up Ma & NH" at checkout or email hello@kikhemia.com to inquire.

 


 

Sustainable Packaging

We strive to use eco-friendly, recyclable, and minimal packaging whenever possible. Herbal products are sealed in food-safe, light-resistant packaging to help preserve freshness and quality.

 


 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Ki Khemia is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

• incorrect or incomplete addresses

• returned-to-sender packages due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.


 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building managers, or household members

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at hello@kikhemia.com and we will assist where possible

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ki Khemia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
